Privacy policy
This policy explains how Driveway Desk handles your information.
Updated October 12, 2026.
The setup form collects your email and answers about tools, trade, company size, job volume and current workflow, payment method and typical job value. We also save the plan, billing period and price you select, email consent time, original landing source, campaign parameters, referral source and a referral code.
We store your email and workflow preferences only after you tick the email consent box. We use them to send your setup confirmation and the product updates you requested. You can unsubscribe anytime by replying to an email. The setup form does not collect payment-card information or job files. Your share link contains a random referral code, not your email or company details. Admin access is restricted to authorized accounts.
The support contact form stores your name, email and message so the team can respond. It does not sign you up for marketing. Do not include passwords or payment details.
Session cookies keep onboarding answers across page loads. A separate first-party identifier connects server-side funnel events across visits, independently of optional browser analytics. Where optional analytics is configured, the site's consent controls govern that tracking. Funnel analytics uses selected options rather than your email or company name. Hosting and configured analytics providers may process data needed to operate the site.
We retain contact information while needed to handle your requests, subject to applicable requirements. You may request access, correction or removal of your information. We do not sell this information. This policy will be updated when processing practices at Driveway Desk change.
